    Passed my interview process yesterday in Fontana, CA and waiting for a truck to become available.

    90+ and windy as heck, plus the smoke from the Ventura wildfire didn't help at all.

    on my 30 min break

    single partial day of idle to keep cool while sleeping during the hottest part of the day. 3% idle time charged. Allowed 10% for the quarter to be eligible for bonus. This is going to suck.

    yuuuuup and the next load after, that trailer had a flat too. Lets just say my pay check sucked this week waiting on getting repaired.

    Just applied to several different positions with schneider. Passed my 6 months. Applied for the part time position for regional, regional intermodal, and the dollar general dedicated account. Yeah I heard some pretty rough stuff about it, but honestly, I won't mind unloading. I gained 20 lbs and honestly, I can't afford to gain more. Only 35 minutes from Lebec and I'm liking the weekly hometime. Really want regional intermodal......but I highly doubt I will get in that.
