I have 2002 Frightliner classic with cummins ism 370 motor(black ) the compressor is leaking oil at the bottom from the body as it is rusted. My question is can it welded or put JB weld since it just Simming or I have to change the compressor. Thanks in advance.

if its rusted that bad I would change it but do you run local or over the road if you stay close to home then I would try the jb weld and see if it works but I would not want to try it if it decides to go out where u end up going to a truck stop and spending twice as much to get one

I tried cleaning it so I can put JB but oil keeps coming so JB won't work until there no oil in compressor. Any ideas how to drain oil out of compressor

yeah it should be mostly drained out just clean it up with some brake clean and put some jb weld on it u might have to sand it first to get rust and paint off of it so the jb weld will stick if it has not ran for the last two days it should not have that much left in it
