usa going under

I just read that they had a great quarter. I think I read it in Trucker magazine. You know the free one at the truckstops? Course I have no idea the accuracy of the report nor how USA did it. Just throwing it out there.

 

so 4 bad tires and a less than popular maintenance interval is the barometer for a companies viability. Cool, they can just can those other metrics, they'll probably be able to stay afloat now by cutting all those number crunchers that were trying to improve utilization and drive down costs.

 

That can't be right. USA just bought a crap load of new trucks to replace the Auto-Shift trucks that none of the drivers like.

 

I'm wondering which USA, there are only about 5 I know of, USA trucking, transportation, express, Xpress, and logistics.... sooooo any more info???

 

I believe the reference is to USA Truck, which has been struggling mightily. But it's looking like they're going to hang on....

 

Just because usa waits that long for oil changes you think they're going under?Also with your exp why did you go to a starter company?

 

At marten transport our oil changes are 45,000 miles so that has nothing to due with a company going under.

Oh, well....that's it.....you're obviously being bought out by CR England.....

 

USA truck has mucho financial struggles that much is true. 35000 miles between oil changes is actually low for the industry. The engines in these trucks are tough the main thing is to make sure it isn't leaking oil or using it.
