You want to sue this flea bag of a company for not hiring you? That was a blessing in disguise. There are a thousand reasons to sue CR England. However for not allowing you into their training is not really one of them. Wow I can't believe I would actually defend them.
Balakov100 Thanks this. -
the lawsuit would be more a discrimination lawsuit and a lawsuit for the money that I've spent the two time I've been to there #### school. which is about 600$. and for the emotional stress they put me through..

You'd be best off searching for ex flease operators that got burned by this company. Your $600 is a drop in the bucket compared to some of the stories I read. Look on the bright side at least you didn't get hired, forced to lease, and worked 3 months for free. Then had them suing you for thousands of dollars for early lease termination. Consider it an expensive lesson learned. You should of came on here and read the reviews on them before trying to get hired there. We would of steered you towards sanity.Last edited: May 9, 2013

Yeah well when you have a family that trying to survive on what little income you have and a tax return. it's the fact that the six hundred bucks could have been better on something else I was told I could come back after I had been on my meds a little longer. I have drove truck before, all I hauled was wide loads your probably a van driver..so try some other thing man..

I am so sick and tired of reading comments from people who have no freaking clue, stating thoughts about what "they've heard" or what "they've read" here on the forums of TTR. As if TTR members and "one-time posters" were the absolute truth.
First and foremost, YOU ARE NOT FORCED TO SIGN A LEASE WITH C.R. ENGLAND! Gawd #### it! Get this through your freaking thick heads! Cheese and rice... you people act as if C.R. England places people at a table, with a weapon to their head and FORCES them to sign a lease agreement! You people write as if the individual has no choice. Grow the eff up and realize that no one is EVER forced to do anything! You write and act like a bunch of ###### children!
Second, I signed a three year lease with C.R. England and discontinued my lease after 10 months. I did all I needed to do according to the lease and returned the truck to their facility (as required by the lease contract). After 45 days, I received a check from C. R. England in the amount of $1800.00 and no additional legal action required by C. R. England, or of me.
Finally, I am not completely sure why you would write that one works three months for free? It may be peanut wages, but one DOES NOT work for three months without wages. -
I really, really, really gotta ask the burning question that is GOING to be asked by many others of this TTR community: You have experience hauling "wide loads" and you chose C.R. England?
Something like 2 + 2 isn't adding up to four!kardolmer, Menehune, drvrtech77 and 1 other person Thank this. -
man I only chose c.r. England so I could get my license back up and running cause I don't have the funds or credit to do a loan for a truck driving school where I live if I could pay for a driving school where I live I would go back to the company I use to work for in California....

Thus.... you take what you can get, or what is offered to you, yet you whine and complain about the terms of the offering, but there isn't a ###### thing you can do about it because your financial credit sucks. Therefore, after receiving such a life saving deal.... instead of thanking C.R. England for giving you the ONE opportunity that you cold have to change your life, you complain and whine.
I have to wonder why your financial credit is so poor? I have to wonder why no one will give you a loan? I have to wonder why no company will provide you any employment with your background and skills? I have to wonder why you have no money saved?
Are you seriously capable to whine and complain here on the forums of TTR, blaming C.R. England for all of your current troubles, yet incapable to have done something about the foregoing and remaining parts of your life?
Here's a hint: Be Responsible! It's really, really easy! You just.... DO IT and don't blame others for your woes!Menehune and drvrtech77 Thank this.
