Oilfield trucking solutions which is part of Chesapeake energy will be having an upcoming job fair and will hire automatically but you need your own housing. They are 20 to 40 minutes outside of san antonio. They used to pay for relocation so ask first. It used to be $5000

 

If you have tankers but no hazmat you can still haul water for select I heard they pay well hourly and lots of hours. Oilfield trucking solutions has water trucks they pay $17 hour but will train you and switch you over to crude for a $2 dollar an hour pay increase ( $19) 60-70 hrs a week $19 day shift with no experience $20 with a year $20 nightshift no experience $21 with 1year excellent benefits I worked for plains Ots and Alan ritchey they all pay good with excellent benefits

 

See a lot of there stuff around Tilden/Dilley/ Cotulla. Had a well sand out and they showed up in force. Were able to flood it and clear. Saved us having to wait on coiled tubing to show up and clean out.. Pretty nice equipment.

one more thing for newbies would just a cdl class a with no endorsements get anyone hired down there ? im pretty sure it some lurkers veiwing this thread with this question and usually it takes a couple days for an answer

 

Yes just get your tankers endorsement which is pretty simple

 

What are the job prospects for class B drivers. I will have to get my class A at a later day
as I need to get a job ASAP.

 

suncoast and coastal chemical will hire you with a class B liscence. They use straight trucks for their frac fueling division.
