leaving your car there is fine, i would go out for weeks, the area where we have our trucks/cars is gated. they started getting someone to be at the security booth but not sure if they are there anymore think it was a driver that had some medical stuff going on so she was waiting to go back out, but I never had an issue with my car there (besides me needing a new battery so sometimes it was dead lol). the manager of the terminal is nice, like scooter said, and so are most of the DM's there. if I ever had any issues i just went straight to the head DM and he always took care of it, tho he was never my dm he would still handle it. some of the newer people... well, yeah... the title manager is sometimes used loosely lol

You'll do fine. I had trainees from there that parked there cars in the lot. I never heard of any problems.

Tips for Denver orientation? Know how to do a pretrip, and when you do your road test, pay attention to EVERY sign. As far as your car goes, you'll be parking in the fenced area where the trucks are. I haven't seen security myself, but there are always drivers there and nobody is going to mess with your car.

Spokester.... You sound awfully familiar...

Unfortunately since may went over to this new comuter system it is messing up our loads been with may for a while wasent like this when i started

Thanks Reroll!!!!
Do they try and trick you with the road signs or taking you on a road test that has tricky parts? I know how to do a pre trip from my school, it is still fresh in my mind. Does May have or want something different, more or less detailed?
Also, I saw from Google Maps there looks like a small course for backing and turns in their terminal in Denver, in the back part. Is that where they do the skills test before the road test?

Hey all,
I passed my CDL test with all endorsements and am headed to May for orientation on May 21 in Denver, which will be my home terminal. I have already talked with my future trainer, ex military guy, by the book, and he sounds awesome!!!!!!
He drives a 2014 Pete 587, and I cant wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for all your tips and advice to get me to this point. I do appreciate it and all of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Be safe.
