    They say all the new guys get the old trucks, and well, all the old trucks are 379exhd's. I'm going to to and hold onto this as long as possible.

    Does LS harp on mpg like Roehl does? What can you expect from that 379?

    They do have a fuel bonus but from what I've gathered they don't really say much. You're allowed to idle I'd you don't have an APU. I won't have one until I get a new truck. So I'll idle. They care about driver comfort more than roehl, that's for sure. My truck doesn't have an idle timer on it. It'll idle all night

    Probably 5-7 mpg with that 379, depending how I drive
