Please test this person for drugs.....wtf are you smokin'......most dry van loads on the board are posted at $3 a mile or better........what dollars do you trade in
cmon pal, it's OK to drink the blue koolaid but let's keep it a bit real ehh!!! Tmmrw morning punch up the top 200 loads by revenue and get back to me how many are at $3 a mile or over. I've been pullin' a van here for 8 years and yes I can usually do $2.25 or better but thats a far cry from $3......and most of it is definitely not off the board.

I do own my wagon and no LS does not discourage it (honestly, I don't think they care one way or another), some O/O's just choose not to own one

I for one like the variety.HeWhoMustNotBeNamed, Corporal_Clegg, Lepton1 and 1 other person Thank this. -
Once again i proved alot of people wrong...Just did a 14 hour ''turn''...I was back home in my castle at 13.5 hours..After Landstar Cut and fuel i brought 1,200 to the table on ''HUB MILES'' 570....Not bad for 14 hours...

What are the BCO's doing Wrong.?..Just booked a load to Mass for 4.25 a mile picking up on Wednesday..And then another round trip....
Doing very well here at Landstar...
Ranger Bob Thanks this. -
Im curious what kind of perks?
-
I run mainly West to East and back as you know but I will be home from early May till at least after the holiday so I can't complain.....bank account is good, and I will be having a brand new liftgate installed by the end of JUNE which further increases my versatility and earnings power.........

good to hear

I will have to admit.Looking on the load boards, there is just no freight.A friend of mine that runs linehaul for the Union, sat home twice last week and twice this week.No freight. This is just not ''landstar'',this is everywhere and everyone. It takes LONG HOURS and many phone calls to find the ''good stuff''...
IMO the economy is in the TANK right know...O/O's are better off staying home and enjoying there life and parking it for awhile. If you can not park your truck for a week or two, then you are not doing something right in the business of trucking.. -
Nice bob.You getting the liftgate.?.What's that gonna run..?..I just missed a 9.00 a mile load in Baltimore because they needed a liftgate or ramps...
Have fun at the house bob....
