I don't know bud....what I would do is do your research. Go talk to some mechanics , O/O , hit up truck stops and talk to Schneider guys who are o/o leased. ..

Read forums on here ..peoples experiences , post questions ..find out as much as possible. ..there are tons of companies out there.... be careful with big companies like Schneider, Werner, swift etc...pay attorney fee to translate the small print on contracts.

Ok newbie question .. Bridge motor?? Lol and I have asked alot of Schneider people and I have not got one.. NOT ONE, complaint about their o/o program besides on here where people cried about some stuff that could be due to their performance based.. But! I asked a few lease people and they said do the year save some dough and get my own truck..

I was not picking on you, but just making a point. Emission regs are confusing enough without giving out the wrong info.
The original poster asked about a 2006 CAT C15. There is no EGR valve OR CGI on that year. CGI came into play with the DPF to meet mid 2007 emissions. Bridge motor for CAT has a serial of MBN(still single turbo) & was put in 2003 time frame trucks. The ACERT twin turbo that followed that motor have a prefix serial (on C15's) BXS MXS NXS.buddyvuk Thanks this. -

what ever you buy, set aside the money for the rebuild right away. keep the radio down and listen to the engine till youre confident itll last a while. the bridge motors have maintenance reqs that get ignored causing bigger ticket problems. stay on top of it, itll be cheaper.
