You will find that the trucking industry is like the military... hurry up and wait. Things get done, but not quickly.

For example, it took 247 days from my being accepted into Prime to clear orientation. Most of that was due to a policy that's been changed, but it still took them two weeks to get me back to Springfield after getting the letter from my doctor.

It was not at all unusual for it to take my recruiter 2-3 days to return my call. Have patience; it's worth the wait.

Besides, you'll be doing a LOT more waiting once you're hired!

So I've heard. My recruiter actually called me this morning. Said to fax my W2's in. I told him I did and he said he was out of state, followed by "Nevermind I have them right here" So that's good! We'll see how this goes. It's just that all of the other recruiters have been great about keeping in touch and I'm a bit anxiouis because I'm leaving my job and where I live to pursue this so it's a bit stressful.

Thank you for the help :)
