Western Star info

I figured I would throw this out there for anyone needing help with a star. If you have the last 6 of the vin I can look up part numbers and wiring of the truck as it was built from factory. I know there is a limit to how old a truck I can get this info but not sure how old it is. If you pm or email (westernstarhelp@hotmail.com) me the vin I will do the best I can for you.

 

No sorry I can't access freightliner.

 

Yes they do use the access freightliner system but each person can only view the vehicles for which their company is a dealer for. I work for a Western Star Dealer and can access western stars and sterling info. If we need any info for a freightliner (mainly parts) we get the info from a freightliner dealer.

 

I wish they would allow us access to the whole system but they won't.
Yes I do work at Northland. Mechanic during the day and run both wreckers 24/7 whenever the phone rings.

 

I know exactly which trucks your talking about. Very nice trucks and always kept looking great.
