Trojan Horse ltd .is still running freight and mail but they havent payed all there mail drivers they have payed there fedex side . the mail drivers in jessup are with out money for there bills and there families and some with evection notices and car repos and Brian Hicks could really care less all he cares about is himself. HE had a nice business but he let his ####### father come in an #### things up getting rid of his partner BIll Korb and then letting his father call shots with His racist ### verbally abusing Kearny driversand staff with racial remarks.He isnt suppose to be dealing with mail anyway with his lying stealing ### ..Sad Sad Sad to see what was turn into this Brian`s father Doesnt want to see brian succeed and this is proof... so everyone go get lawyers and get your money and take back whats yours and say #### Trojan horse

I have been trying for weeks to get this infamous Sheena lady to sign off on my boyfriend's 401K. I tried yet again just a few moments ago and get their machine and left a "friendly" msg for Sheena (her extension is #213). We have heard the horrible stories of drivers being stranded and know first hand how paychecks have bounced. The company that oversees the 401k is Ascensus. All this woman has needed to do is provide her signature and we are good to go.

I hope they all learn the hard way what inconveniences and stress they have caused families. I also wonder how they sleep at night???

My next step is the Better Business Bureau. I would advise you all to do the same.

Unfortunatly you probably do not even have an account. I know that I don't. I am supposed to have $3500 in mine , but that POS Brian never started an account for me. Otherwords he stole our money. This is the same for many others as well. If you go to post number 133, the info for contacting our attorney is there. Please join us so we can take Brian down and get our money. The attorney is filing for the 401K money as well as unpaid wages and ALL court and legal fees as well as damages. This is most likely the only way you will ever see your money.

 

BBB will not help you at all, they are only there a a reference when looking for services or products

 

I just heard from a Fremont driver that Brian is holding your check hostage. He told me that he was contacted by a manager and was told that if he ran a load of cargo to NJ, they would give him his paycheck. What kind of BS is that. Personally, anything that Brian is ever involved with again I would not touch with a stick. He is a POS !!!!!!!!!!!
