Maverick Driver general bs thread

I think I've meet that Driver that called you that, his name is Richard Head. He works for Jack Hoff Trucking.

 

He gets around a lot because I have met him at a lot of places and he is real proud of who he is and who he works for. He does think that he is the best driver in the world also. I wish I was as good as he thought he was.

Ahhhh . . . Sometimes it's worth burning a shower credit just to have a bathroom to yourself. Yesterday the dude in the stahl next to me sounded like Jeff Daniels in Dumb & Dumber.

 

Well...tomorrow is my 4th consecutive year as a Maverick driver (for a total of just over 5 years, lol).

Here's to hoping for at least 10 more good years....if the good Lord is willing and my health and sanity hold out that long :beer:

Oh goody, now I have a jury summons waiting at home. And of course it's for about 3 days after my hometime ends, so I'm probably gonna get stuck out an extra 3 days then forced to do it while at home, giving up half my hometime. Grr.

I don't even know what Mav wants us to do in that situation, I guess I'll call tomorrow and find out. It would be nice to get a waiver for it, but I don't recall truck drivers getting that kind of break.
