this may be hard to see but its just the headlight wires before I redid them. If you look hard you will see the wire come out of the loom, then it is split to two lighter gauge red wires then back to the heavy gage again. None of it even had crimp connectors much less any solder.

Today I installed my cd player since the one that was in there must have gotten smoked (no surprise considering the rest of the wireing)
I got my cb installed too and then pulled the cover from the bunk heater box. Anyone care to guess what I found??? Anyone??? Bueller?? Bueller??

Okay, well of course there was wires run everywhere. not pluged in, the blower hot lead was cut and the other end had two inches of bare wire and it was just laying on the floor and ofcourse it was live, and the floor is metal. I am totally amazed this truck didn't start on fire on the trip home. everywhere I look I find more and I truelly think I will have rewired 80% of this truck before I am done. I still have to do the rear tail lights and find out why the fuel gauges don't work. And that's just the wiring work. I still have to address some fifth wheel issues, reinstall the rear crossmember that for some rson was shimed down, replace two brake hoses, buy a new rim and 8 new tires, and install the new tach sending unit. Then there are other things to do after it is rolling
