If you came in as a student then you have to wait 1yr but if you came in as an experienced driver its 6mos. I think the current deal is 4yrs.

I came as a student. I hear is it is best to wait a year anyway(From this thread) thanks. But would you say that IC drivers get treated/more respect than company drivers do? Every time i have to take my truck to the shop the guy always look at me like im retarded and dont know how the truck is suppose to operate. and the problem still doest get fixed, then a few hundred miles down the road...breakdown. that is one of the only negative thing i can say about maverick.

How are you liking primes trucks. How are the loads over there cheap freight? And the equipment? What made you want to change?

Long story short on the change is I am getting divorced and needed couple things Maverick wasnt willing to give me. As for Primes trucks,Im in a brand new 2014 Cascadia loaded with lots of options. Yes the payments high but its less than you'd pay a dealer to finance one with zero down. The freight has paid well for the most part. Very comparable to Maverick. My only gripe really was yesterday when my fm was gone and the guy covering his board let me set all day. My fm was not happy to say the least when he came in today and saw me loading this morning rather than emptying another run.

Oh and know how Maverick says no condos or big fuel tanks because of weight? I scaled a 48900 load the other day in my condo with twin 100gal tanks and DEF tank, large enclosed headache rack and helluva lot more equipment than Maverick requires ie 20 chains/binders 20 4"straps etc. So they could run bigger tanks at least if they wanted. I also have an Rigmaster Apu and my current trailer has a drop axle so I can raise it when running very light or empty to save mpg due to less rolling resistance. So yes so far Im liking it here lol.

Ok here's the deal I'm thinking about going with Mavrick and I was wondering if you guy would mind giving me the up's and downs about Mavrick. I want to know everything you can tell me about them. I have my CDL'S but only about a month on the road . The guy i was training with was doctoring the book's and when i said something to him and the company i got blown off. So I took the high road and waited till we got back to base and grabed my stuff and resigned . So any way any infomation would be great thank .
