There are driving jobs that pay even more than that, not many but a few. Ya have to go up hill before you go down hill.

Why is it that there are people out in our industry who have been with one company a short time (and never any other company) or maybe not driven at all and complain like they have a million miles of experience under there belt?

You make it what it is, if your expectations are to be top paid or to get all the good work, think again - no one ever starts at the top.

No matter which school you go to, you're still not going to be an ace driver when you get out. Like any profession, the real learning comes on the job. And as with most jobs, the first one is rarely your dream job. That's why it's called entry level. Don't worry, be happy! At least you're in school and not sitting on a stoop.

Out of school, you won't make money. But give it a year, no accidents, no incidents, no tickets and then you can move to a non-school company and gradually work your up. If you stay clean for 2 years then you should always clear $1900 per week minimum.

I couldn't agree with you. More, Solo Seat. I am in a "company sponsored" school right now and I am very happy with everything about it. As a matter of fact, I will be working with Solo Seat soon...lol. so there are a couple of good ones out there...just have to do your research.
