South Meridian Ave. Drove by there today and wow what a lot of history and older equipment just sitting. Looks like a really old terminal and was really intrigued by what the history of this company and terminal
    might be!?!?
Anyone with info and knowledge of this outfit please reply.
    Thank you!

Big auto carrier. May have a flatbed division in Texas. Used to run lot of ads for drivers; don't know what the deal is now.

Yeah, I used to see em everywhere it seemed like. Just looks like someone closed the gate and locked it and never came back. Lots of equipment and old cabovers sitting there and all kinds of trailers.

They still run scheduled ltl every week on covered wagons along a corridor between Houston, TX and Edmonton, AB but are mostly an auto carrier these days. They have a large facility in West Columbia, SC where they transfer autos from the trains to their trucks and deliver them all over the southeast.

I use to load nightly in Montebello, Ca. in the early 90's just down the street from their terminal when they were doing FB/curtainside. They do cars now, for what I've seen over the past 10 yrs.

I used to run oilfield LTL for them in late 80s. Houston, Dallas, OKC, Tulsa, Odessa and Calif. up to Calgary and Edmonton. If there are any old Dub Dub. OO out there. Remember all the times we would get Wizz'd. I haven't had a check wizz'd since I left.
