Oh...no, sorry. Man I'd love to. I could keep trucks running dedicated lanes for months at a time.

Im sitting in Elkhart, IN on a CH Robinson load (Flat) was told load was ready at 7pm (appt) arrived at 5:45 an here it is 11:30 an load still isnt done.
-
####, Whats the load? only thing we ever unload that late is home depot.

On another note I will say I had a CH Robinson load cancel for on a new employee that was in training and they paid us since he was on site. Worked out good since it was in the early morning and we were able to book another load out of the same place going even to approximately to the same place.

I could help you out on that.....I used to work for CHR and was heavily involved in the Flatbed/etc division. I left because I despised the corporate structure of the company although I was doing very well moving up through the company. They have a couple of offices that know their stuff when it comes to flatbed freight and can actually even go out and sell nice flatbed/OD/Heavy Haul accounts....but then there are the other offices that are not very impressive. The main office for Heavy Haul/Oversize is the Sartell, MN office which used to be a Matson agent until bought out by CHR. They handle the majority of oversize/heavy haul freight for the company....many of the other offices come to this office for help if they have an account that needs specialized equipment. Then there are offices like Fort Worth, one in Virginia, Kansas City, Chicago Central and a few others that have a few decent accounts but a lot of cheap building material accounts as well. All in all, use them for what they are worth but never count on a broker for much more then backhauls....so, need any other info, just ask.
