What problems do Owner Operators regularly run into?

    Typical problems include cheap freight, expensive fuel, high taxes, too much paperwork, too much traffic, too many gov. regs., too many fools to compete with, insurance too high, rough roads... should I go on?

    Truckerman...why don't you make like an anthropologist, get your CDL, learn our language and then come out here and live the life. You can do some serious learning out here on your own.

    Here is simple idea for your app.
    Make it so it could inform us about which weigh station is open or closed.I would gladly pay 5.00-10.00 for that app.To make it even more simple,each driver would have it and report on app in real time,so others could check status of weigh station.There.
    Similar to the FUELBOOK app.

    the biggest hurdle is break downs high price fuel and cheap freight
