A head of cabbage is a good way to keep unwanted (DOT) guests from entering your truck! Or maybe worse. They might think you've got a decaying body under the bunk.

We have more tricks than a rabbit. Tech Tip, Pull around to the loading docks & go get your food. Don't block the drive, & thieves, others, think you belong there & won't bother you. Most large grocery stores have the room. I make "Turbo Tamales" Set a can on the motor block Lapel off, And 1 hour later enjoy.

If you are worried about the DOT, hit roadkilled skunks with your trailer wheels. Breaks up any creeper party.

I buy crockpot liners and throw food in the Burton crock pot- easy clean up that way. My team mate cooked Thanksgiving dinner that way once so that we had cornish game hens and stuffing to eat when we did our switch out. Works great! And a great thing to have ready if you find that you are going to be stuck someplace unplanned for your ten.

Yeah the best place to get tins are usually the grocery stores, example, BI-LO in SC has them for going for $1.59 for 5 I believe.
