Here is a pay chart from around 09 or 10. Im pretty sure all the Prime drivers can agree that the pay has gone up since then. Last year there was a .02 across the board company raise.

I remind everyone that the fuel bonus is up to .05 mile (yes its got to be 5 cuz I got .043 for 8.6mpg last week)

Also the team bonus is .10/mile for every mile over 3500 for the week.

I just wanted to show that there is a chart. That teams do start at or over .40/mile split. That there are pay raises, and its very cut and dry where those raises happen.

Now you might ask what is the "solo rate" or "team rate" box where every number begins with an "MI" for solo, or "M" for teams

Well that was the individual base rate. IP can back me up that the per diem rate (or travel allowance) used to be .07 for solos... its now .08. Same with teams. Per diem (travel allowance) was .045 and I think its .05 now. The MI number is what is keyed in for payroll and the computer use that for base rate, and then computer auto calculates the per diem.

So, at the time this pay chart was active the MI# plus the .07 per diem equaled the total rate. So looking at the solo MI23 was .23 plus the .07 per diem equaled .30. Team rate divided by 2 minus the .045 per diem is the M# for an individual team member's base rate.

I would again ask that any Prime L/O stand up again and try and claim that Company teams are not paid over .40/mile, and thus as a L/O they think it is fair to hire a co-driver and pay them around .15/mile.

I've got the current one. If you'd like I can look for it and scan it.

I happen to know of a company that pays about $.16-20/ mile. And they have some drivers that have been there for years.

That's why this is so bad... these guys would be making 41 cpm solo out of the gate, plus fuel bonus.
