Taking a requested 34 in Laredo, then off to Athens Tx about 3 minutes after my 34th hour... Plenty of freight here, especially hazmat.

    Joplin.
    Taking 34 off.
Wanted to go down road and use up remaining hours. Trailer needed brakes.
Trailer shop replaced them in record time, but just wasn't enough time left on 14.
Heard weren't rooms at Ramada due to truck Rodeo.
To late to lay on sympathy of local friends for a bed and meal.
So off to outback for dinner, maybe catch end of nationwide race.

Sitting in Joplin, had to pick up a load in Bridgeton,MO and was suppose to take it to El Paso , which was excited about it was going to give us 2200 for the week, which is it the greatest but better then nothing, but when we got dispatched on we had to relay it in Joplin, 290 miles, thought ok what's up, I guess they decided that the load need to go to a team that was sitting so they gave it to them and we ended up with better miles in the end, got a load going to Farmingdale,NY 1297 which gives us 2800 for the week !! Be safe and have an awesome weekend !!!

Joplin, 63 and cloudy. Must have rained last night. Who knows, slept right through it. Yawn. Windows down breeze blowing through, no reefers running, or parking lot that smells of a urinal. Sleep without a alatm clock or interruption.
Now of to golden corral for breakfast, walmart for supplies, deep cleaning of truck. Then if time best buy and movies.

9 bucks, coffee is included as well as juice.
Petro t/a Dennys could learn something.
