Dont work for CRST, it is a scam

CRST will make you sign an 8 month contract and then run you like a dog. They will violate the contract over and over again. They will not pay you for fishing for a trailer that is not where they said it is. Will not pay you for moving trailers. If you pay to scale the load you will not be reimbursed. They will team you with a co driver that has no experience and then when he/she almost kills you while your asleep they kick you off the truck and allow the unsafe driver to keep driving and make you sit at a terminal for another co driver. You cannot run solo so you sit without pay. I would not wish this company to my worst enemy .

 

im no longer with them. They fired me for speaking my mind and because i had a death in the family. I was not going to be stranded without a waay home yet again. And now i cant get a job anywhere else cause they wont release my diploma from their school. So i have a cdl that is useless

 

They will not give me a copy. I have asked for it on numerous occasions and they just ignore my requests.

 

I have done everything that i know to do with them. They want me to come back , but why would i go back to the company after they fired me? I would have to start the contract back over and im less than 2 months from finishing it. They should just let me out of it. I have so much stuff on their company. Never get paid for doing what they want me to do . Never get reimbursed for anything and then run my hours out playing find an empty trailer that can pass inspection .

 

ive been sitting at home for a month. They refuse to send me a list of co drivers out of florida. Im supposed to find my own , but how i dont know. But anyways ill figure something out.
