How lame is this? I got the tickets (both for speeding like 5 mph over the speed limit) in 2007. Well, I haven't had any points on my entire record until now. No accidents (not even minor ones), no claims, nothin. I don't even see how this is legal.
I've got two points on my record that just popped up from tickets six years ago!!!

It's bullcrap is'nt it.Stuff are going on your record long before thi CSA garbage was implimented.Wonder if they go after companies unfairly like the drivers, highly unlikely.

It may be that your state is making a conversion to the 7 year records like most states.
As far as whether it is in a personal vehicle or a commercial vehicle, it has made no difference for several years now. -
the computer age can help you if you are arrested for outstanding ticket. years ago you sat in jail until they figured it out.

2007. ????? !!!!! I don't thinks that's possible...???? Is it?? Isn't the rule 3years? Ugh
-
Oh its possible. I'm sure the current administration that runs our government needed to add a few thousand more jobs to our payroll. Takes people to do those types of things.

The tickets were in my personal vehicle. I just hope I don't have to pay higher insurance premiums when I get my own authority in a few months
