Hello ya'll. I could not help notice that crete does hire new drivers from their approved schools. Sounds like a good deal. I have heard great things about crete, is it worth goin with them?

Play nice grumpyXile and KingTrucker Thank this. -
I hear they pay a decent wage. Haven't heard anything bad yet. It is trucking, though.
-
I think they would be a good place to get some training and experience.

I have a life,it is called serving my country guy.

After you get done with a trainer, you would get about $.34/ mile. They pay on practical miles. Which will be very close to actual miles. You will most likely do well with Crete. Expect about 2400-2700 miles/week imo. Good place to start. And many drivers stay a few years. I stayed 18 years. They are ok. But this is trucking. So you got to accept bs in this business. Good luck.
Razor Strike, Wild Murphy, Olympian and 2 others Thank this. -
Hey man thx for the info!

C'mon soldier don't be hateful, you of all people should know better about respect. I know the other guy started it but a better reply would have been, "yeah, I've been serving my country." The "guy" at the end makes it sound like you are above everybody else. You gotta give respect to get it, and sometimes you give respect and don't get it in return. In the military I know you have experienced this. Treat others as you WANT to be treated. The Specialist Thanks this.
