My TCD experience with Maverick

My recruiter called me today. Said there was a TCD trainer available, just one slot, but another recruiter snagged it. So I am waiting until next week to see if I will be able to go to orientation. Have to say my patience is really being tested on this!

 

It depends on what my last paycheck from my employer looks like! Once Friday comes I will be able to know more about that. I'm hoping it is a rather big check. If it is I'll be able to wait for a few weeks. If not, I might have to go the flatbed route.

 

I'm hoping if she doesn't call me again this week that when she calls me next week. That she tells me I'm going to orientation, if not I'll ask her about training with a skateboarder. But I won't hold my breath on that. I know they only do that in special circumstances and it comes from the very top. Just looked up what my pay will be this Friday and it is my normal pay. I can still access lightblue and postaleaze. So seems HR hasn't completed my separation from the postal service yet. Being it is the gov and how slow they are at processing things, I might get my last paycheck in August! lol
