Our 379 Petes are dropped 5" in the front with drop spindles and 275/70R22.5 steer tires. They are stock in the rear other than switching to 255/70R22.5 drives. They are car haulers. There is nothing wrong with lowering the front more than the rear, but things need to be checked. You will lose caster up front , so you'll need an alignment and different caster shims to get it back in spec. The added caster shims on ours requires a spacer on the spring center bolt to reach through the shim to locate the spring to the axle. In the rear, you will not change weight distribution between the drive axles, the air bags will even that out. The angle of the frame rails is only a fraction of a degree different than stock. You will have to check drive-line angles and adjust if needed. The drive ride height and drive-line angles need to be right before you get an alignment.

If you do lower the rear, the 5th wheel may require higher legs to get it back up. Most 5th wheels offer legs in a few different heights.

    I don't have a clue.

You would think so, because anything you can do to lower the drag coefficient the better the truck is going to cut through the air and I would assume get better mileage.
