    Enough that it won't be questioned. Flagging a fuel stop? Eventually he's going to get put out of service for it.

    Where have I said I lied about a duty status? All I said was IF IT DOESN'T TAKE 15 MINUTES, FLAG IT. Christ.

    Flagging a fuel stop that takes anything more than a few minutes is a fraudulent entry in your logbook. Everyone knows you can't complete a fuel stop in less than 10 minutes. You've admitted to logging those stops with a flag, that's a violation of section 395... one that the DOT will ticket you for. It's illegal in the FMCSRs, the regulation has been pointed out to you.
