Start turning in your resume to different companies. Maybe one of them might take you on and get you up to speed on driving a manual trans.. Stay positive.

Do you have to drive automatic?
Some companies have refresher course, but it's free if you work there a year. If you quit early, they send a bill to you.
Here's a few companies; some have automatics & refresher.
Carolina Cargo (auto's & sticks/team operation)
Paschall Truck Lines
National Carriers
Howard Transportation (automatics)
Hogan (some automatics)
Martin Enterprises of the Carolinas
C. R. England
Central Refrigerated
TransAm (some automatics)
Comcar (some automatics)
Nussbaum (some automatics)
FFE
Just check the websites, then do some online applications. -
Maybe you could find a local job to get some experience. Once you get a year your belt you will never forget how use a stick. Good Luck!

99.9999999999% of local jobs will NOT hire you without recent experience.

Don't know if you can or want to go back to Averitt, but they offer refresher course.
There are companies that offer, but that's the only one that I remember.
You also have the female bonus,as lots of companies want women, and say so in
theyre ads.Good luck to ya. -
Can't find em, grind em..... just kidding. I'm assuming you drove a manual at one time or another. Just ask if you can get a little practice before being sent out. Can't hurt to ask.

Explain it when searching for a job. Someone will put you with another driver for a bit to learn it. Should not be a problem. i work for Dynamic Transit in St Louis and they got some auto's that most people don't want to be in
