    Just you.

I want to use wrecking ball. I think it's a ploy to cut down on drivers calling in.

Yeah thats what I do too now....I don't want to talk to anybody else thats why I have a designated FM, so we can establish a working relationship. She knows how I work and I know how she works. Just makes me nervous, I don't want to see Roehl start to morph into a Swift or Warner type of company. I hope they don't get to big for their britches if ya know what I sayn

Haven't been able to check my VM for a week. Oh well they know how to get a hold of me if they need to. 2nd week of phase 3 and haven't talked to my FM all week. I guess that means thing are going well! I'll have well over 3000 miles in by the time this week is over. Loving it.

I agree with what has been said. I had a FM that knew how I ran as an O/O. Now it is going over stuff time and time again with whoever is the "team" for the day. Got a new FM 2 weeks ago and have talk with other FM more than him. Why is maintenance 6th on the list of options when it is what most drivers call in to when there is trouble on the road?

Plus you have to put code in every time for each option. Called fm because screen froze on qc, put code for him, then he transferred me to maintenance, put code in, they transferred me to safety code again. I usually only called when I needed a quick answer, and can't wait around for response on qc. Now I've started leaving a message with what I'm going to do and just make a command decision. Screw it, things are scheduled tight, and if you put in an arrival call even 1 min late you get a failure, (yep happened to me). If they don't like it, oh dang well. Comm is most important thing in this and it was just made more difficult.

Agree Bayle. I've learned very quickly out here most of the time you just have to figure it out on your own and go with your gut.

It does not seem to me that the new system is any improvement at all as far as drivers are concerned. It's a step backward compared to the previous system IMHO.
