07 W900, The washer pump does not work. All of the fuses and relays are good. Has 12 volts to the plug but as soon as you put any type of load onto the circuit the voltage goes away. The ground is good and the wiring from the turnstalk module to the pump is good. Tried a new turnstalk module, turnstalk, and wiper motor. The wipers run as they should with the wash switch but the pump does not. With the pump unplugged I have 12 volts coming out of the module but as soon as you put a load on the circuit you lose the 12 volts at the module so it is not any type of wiring problem from the dash out to the pump. Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated.

What if you apply 12v directly to the pump?
Does it work then? - I didnt see that you tried that.

Usually if voltage suddenly drops under some load, I would suspect a ground issue or a short.
A short should trip the breaker though..
Maybe try grounding the wire to the pump to a solid good ground and then try again?

Tried hooking a light up to the plug and it didn't even light up. Already hooked a wire directly to the firewall ground and then to the plug with the pump plugged in and it still didn't work.
