They say smoking pot causes you to not be able to remember, he has no problem with that, also they say crystal meth cause you to rub your nose, no problem with that. HOS, no problem there because he doesn't have 70 toes. Now is this the new trucker they are running these days, he has no problem there but I do.

they just don't invent laws unless there was a reason to start making the law
they go to far get it wrong and makes no sense in the end
but drivers driving too long with bad equipment started the ball rolling
