transport america- students beware

i had been pre hired by transport america. i went to grove city terminal sunday to be picked up by a corp.van well that was 11:00am and the van still wasnt there at 2:30 so 3 other students were sent by home office to get 2 cars. ok we leave grove city at 4:15pm arrive in scottsburg at 8:30. we had a nice motel. the breakfast was sh***y( m lots of carb,fat, and sugar for the d.o.t. physical! mmmm yummy!) well i refused that breakfast had an apple & a bananna. get to training ctr. and filled out paperwork and listened to the instructor b/s about smoking , drinking, partyin', harrassing etc till 1pm. ok lunch time mmmmmmmm beans! then we go to get a d.o.t. physical hahahaha!! (approx 30- 40 people showed up students/ experienced drivers in 2 different rooms because the experienced drivers were going to stay 3 days rather than 6 like the students) well their testing was done wrong (according to d.o.t.) and i already passed a d.o.t. in columbus ohio in 12//07!! they refused to retest me correctly and were arguementative, so i was sent home via grayhound- dont waste your time here because they dont have it together . they dont know what they are doing!

 

they tested me at 10' and with my face to the wall instead of per d.o.t. rules 5' with the ear facing the examiner sec 391.41(b)11 or another way of getting around it is another clouse

§391.45 PHYSICAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR DRIVERS​

(a) A person shall not drive a commercial motor vehicle unless he
is physically qualified to do so and, except as provided in §391.67,
has on his person the original, or a photographic copy, of a medical
examiner's certificate that he is physically qualified to drive a
commercial motor vehicle.​
