Yeah, it would suck to live in Syracuse, NY and be stuck at NTTS Liverpool doing an 18 Week course for 10,000 dollars...

    So funny man, lol!

Well I could have done the 120 hour course but I came into school with no cmv experience and no shifting experience so I wanted to make sure I had more than enough time. There was a 160 hour course I would have taken but that course included getting your passenger endorsement and I have no interest in hauling passengers around so I opted for the 184 hour course. Glad I did cause I later found out that companies are usually looking for at least 160 hours!!!!

I probably can't shift a car and if I don't get shifting a truck soon I may not know how to do that anymore (lol)

Just laughing because that is exactly what I'm doing atm. NTTS would only finance me for the 18 week course... Their 18 week course is just a stretched out version of the 10 week class with a little bit more road driving experience (but not that much more than the 10)...

Well the recruiter said they are picking 3 people for there pilot program and they have already picked one out of miami so two left. They will decide the other two on 7/3 and the orientation/training will be 5 days starting on 7/23. So I should know something by the end of this coming week.
