Those are Air Force Jet engines that fit in a 707 (KC135, AWACS)

I thought a good "python squeeze" was good for jet engines? Gives them more thrust or something like that.

You should not put straps over the engines. It will wreck the necell. Big bucks.

I hauled one aircraft engine when I was on the road. I was required to chain the rack only. The rack had shock absorbers on it to keep the engine from getting a jolt. Any securement over the engine like those straps and the shock absorbers do not work. Receiver sends it back to the factory to be rebuilt.
