I did about 5 years ago, pay wasn't great, wasn't bad but not good. Got rotated to a few different dispatchers, didn't see eye to eye with them/management at the time. Equipment I drove with them wasn't bad, they've got a fair number of newer trucks I'm fairly sure, they were experiencing a growth spurt when I left so it was relatively new/well maintained at that time.
Overall.... meh, between a 5-7.5 out of 10 for a driver at that time. You could do worse, but you could do better... again this was 5 years ago about.
They didn't push too hard at that time, wasn't a concern for me. But they did leave guys out to dry that opted to do something above and beyond to get things done so to speak, a fair complaint there. -
I worked for them for a short time, only stayed with them about 4 months. Not because they were such a bad company, but I have always worked for smaller companys in the last 20 years. The truck wasn't real bad, but the dispatch was lousy. They feel if they're going to guarantee you 850.00 a week, then you got to do the loads that only pay $25.00.(local) or run your butt off doing 150, to 220 mile loads. Don't get on the bad side of dispatch, you will find yourself sitting. But isn't that how they all are?

I work regional for Mcleod and have for three months. I can not warn anyone strongly enough to be very careful of the hype from their ads and recruiters. I specifically asked what they meant by every weekend at home and was told I would be home every Friday and leave Monday morning. I have been home about half the time on Friday and a third of the time I have to leave on Sunday.
My dispatcher finally admitted that he only cares about money and even though the company guarentees every weekend at home, he will not take a lousy load just to get a driver home. The dispatch department has now run amock ignoring the welfare of their drivers, the safety dept. and the shop. My dispatcher would deny it, but I can tell you he is also upset that I run legal as much as possible and I know more about the HOS rules than he does. I listened to him one week and had to fudge my logs every day for a week, never again will I listen to him.
Maintenance is also a joke, I have had a leaking head gasket for two weeks and an air conditioner that works when it wants to, but dispatch will not route me through long enough to get the truck worked on. If you drive for them you better have tools and some mechanical skills since they won't even replace a light on their trucks.
I could go on, but this gives you the idea of the type of company this is. -

I worked with them for about 2 years, stayed with them that long because i was studying to get my license in a trade. But man i tell ya,as all the others state,Bad maintenance,VERY BAD DISPATCH,they care about how many loads they can get out in a week so the dispatcher gets a bigger check and not driver safety, ran illegal many times. The gaurantee they have is a joke,in the 2 years i was with them i seen it maybe a dozen times,if your a minute late on a load, they will take it.Trust me they will find a reason.Went to safety several times about the above and nothing was ever done,,,,also will get you home either friday night or sometime saturday and expect you to leave sunday,,,,CRAZY!!! They tried calling the cops on me because i had a emergency at home and threatend to go on home which was just 3 hours away without a load, but could deadhead me from florida to ohio to p/u a load,,?? doesnt make sense, neither does working for them

Use the search function.
There are some comments on them.
I would advise not working for them.
