Good for the shipper for implanting proper respect for what a driver is about to commit themselves to haul, and good for fr8te_sh8ker for not revealing the chemical or shipper.

Since when are shippers suppose to train you? You are supposedly trained on load securement and hazmat. The MSDS has all the warnings and precautions on it.

When there is more than one manufacturer how are you going to reveal them by saying the chemical name? You might give a fellow trucker an invaluable heads up. Was it marked "Top Secret"? Did you sign an agreement to remain quiet? You don't go to 3rd base without going all the way. Post tease, lol. :)

I can hook you up with hauling nuclear waste if you want something fun.

Did you use your placards with un #?. That would let the cat out of the bag, unless you did not use it.

You dont know how well you are paid for hazmat, meaning you dont know the rate you get? Everybody has a rate in mind for what they need to do good, anything above that is good + better = well. If anyone is to succeed in trucking they have to know what they are needing per mile or hour blah blah to make a career out of it.

It amazes me the various "food" items that are hazardous when shipped in quantities. Makes you want to quit eating packaged foods.
