how to prove i didnt smoke marijuana?

When i went to school the first thing they do is say hello and welcome and yada yada........ heres your cup.....and people still were dropping like flies (I have know idea how my test came back pos. for COCAINE).

The cup still works as good as needed also whizz tests have come along way in the last couple years most companies now test for masking agents and basically unless you dont have a really GOOD reason why your taking some weird supplement or root from a forest in the amazon your going to get bounced from training

 

If you are taking any type of medication or herbal supplements, it is good to make that known before taking any drug test.

 

Very Serious Question:
Will taking vitamins, (A, B Complex, C, D, E), and herbal supplements as calcium, magnesium, Hawthorne berry, CoQ10, etc., show up positive on a hair follicle or urine test?

I never smoked, never used drugs, and drink very occasionally, (3 to 4 glasses of wine a YEAR - holiday occasions). All other alcoholic beverages, which at one time or another I have had, I gave up altogether some years back. It wasn't worth risking any DUI's or DWI's. My crazy work schedule often forced me to hop into a car at all hours of the day or night.

When I gave up 99% plus drinking of alcoholic beverages, I found that my circle of "friends" changed. I have noticed this with people who give up on both cigarettes and drugs. Their circle of "friends" also changed.

It's really hard to tell, isn't it. Same old Same old, different day, (maybe) and different OP (or maybe just another username for the same old OP. . .)

But remember, this OP doesn't want any "negative" replies. They never do, they just want to try to figure out a way to beat the system.

Never heard of Hawthorne Berry, or CoQ10. But I would think that if you follow G/MAN's advice, you can't go too far wrong.

Edit:
OK, after looking at CoQ10, it would appear that it is a naturally occurring substance in the body. So I wouldn't think it would be a problem. But still, let them know what you are taking. It just makes sense.
