In all honesty, I probably never even call on that load.
It's got loss written all over it.
It's heavy, it runs a lot grades, it's going into a hole.
If I did call on it I wouldn't spend much time talking about it unless the broker was extremely motivated to move it.
O/O rate for a load (dry van example)

What I mean by loss, is loss of better opportunities due to taking that load....
MNdriver Thanks this. -
I'd consider doing it for $6500.

You've got a reefer, that's something that gets you out of there....
-
I've also done it in a dry van too...
Look at Kalispell MT.... -
it's 45k, how much can you haul, again?? Can you handle 46?
-
My reefer can do 45K. Dry van I could go over 46K.
-
I'm getting spoiled these days, my last load paid $5... and got me home.... and it's a round trip.... I pick it back up on Tue....
-
I challenge you to a "dead hole" tour Some of my best paying months have been where every load went to a dead hole to another.
