Many times, and yes it is. I usually skip the Pilot and spend my 10 on the street near uscmin if I need to.

It should just come on your check, though you may receive a confirmation that your request was received. If it doesn't show up on your statement call payroll to find out what's up.

As an L/O sometime we get paid for an MT trailer move... Especially if the person is on the old fuel plan it's a biggy!

Just make sure you ALWAYS make a copy of your receipt. If it somehow gets lost, you are sol unless you can reproduce it. May not be a big deal for two bucks, but if some one loses your lumper receipt, then payroll will assume you wrote a com check to yourself for that 200 to 300 bucks. If you have a copy, then you can send it directly to your payroll clerk if/when they don't get a copy of the original from trippak services.

If you can and if you have a computer on board, use the Trip Pak software, scan your stuff in, then you keep the originals. Then there is less chance of a receipt going missing!

Central has a couple drop yards just e few miles up the road in romeoville. They are only about a block apart from each other and always have drivers in there avoiding the pilot in minooka

But if you do go to Minooka, stop by Twoffers. Its a sports bar next to dunkin doughnuts. On Sundays they have a great pizza buffet, and they always have great 2 for deals. It's about a 3-4 block walk from the Pilot towards USCMN

Just make sure you have time on your clock to get there. It's only 20-sometin miles but anywhere around Chicago takes too long and you have to be aware, you're surrounded by idiots! Heading up there tonight, lol
