Just a weird quirk I have, but rather than even think of sabotaging an offender's truck/equipment, I confront the driver himself with the issue at hand, in hopes he realizes it was a stupid oversight on his part... and he then corrects it.
If he won't listen to sensible reasoning, and cops an attitude... most times I re-state my case, loud enuf for bystanders to hear, and watch him look even more like a disliked moron, with the additional glaring eyes upon him.

If the driver walks back in, i like to crack open the driver door and pour half a gallon of yellow, pungent liquid on his floor under the pedals & and leave the other half on the seat so he'll not mistake what he smells..

ya know....inconsiderate people annoy me to, but y'all dont have the right to vandalize other peoples equipment.....some of you may be joking....i sure hope so.....2 wrongs, dont make a right....i would rather have someone block the fuel lane, than mess with a truck...just sayin

Only time I ever did anything like that was to a russian guy in Carlisle. He cut if three people nearly causing an accident on the way in and almost hit a car making his turn. He was on his phone. He went in, I put grease on his door handle. I felt a small bit of guilt after I got done laughing.

Well I've already called the Safety Dept. on (3) drivers already for doing this. And Safety takes care of it pronto.

But what to do about O/O? Guess the only solution would be is to try to talk to them about it as someone mentioned. Then if they get belligerent just walk away. My guess is that they heard you loud and clear and will think twice about doing it again. If they actually THREATEN you then there's always the option of calling the police and reporting it. That will screw them over pretty good so they'll never do it again.

If I ever came out and caught someone with even one finger on my truck they are going to have alot more to worry about than my truck blocking the fuel island. First you best hope the cops are close by because they are going to be the only ones that will stop me from beating you half to death. And its a pretty safe bet that your not going to get alot of help from anyone when they find out what your up to. Hopefully they will jump in or at the least stand by and enjoy the show,no one likes a punk. Maybe when you cant see straight for a week you will think a little harder before messing with another guys equipment.

Quarter in the glad hand and grease on the door handle? You have way to much time on your hands maybe you should practice your backing (assuming you can back) or how about learning the meaning of the word professional. What are you all a bunch of stinkin two year olds? Pulling that kind of punk crap on another driver no matter what your pissed off about is just wrong. For an owner operator that truck is his tool not something for you to screw with. Why dont you sack up and have a conversation with the driver or better yet why not mind your own business.

We should all get to know how clowns like this operate because his kind are the next generation of super trucker tools that are going to drag this industry further into the gutter. Four years out here and hes nothing but a punk vandal.
