Any decent flatbed companies that hire for western region flatbed with 2-3 years exp

Well driver P and S Transportation is a top company in the flatbed companies. Ivw been here 4 months and have grossed $23000 already great hometime and great equipment. My truck number is 1167. They are not being put in all trucks. They are being installed in trainers trucka or trucks that have drivers that have had issues. They were thinking of putting ythem in in all trucks but it is not cost effective. Your class, if everyone got a cam, just happened to get trucks when they werr in the all-truck mode.

 

My first TMC truck had it. One phrase sums it up. PITA!!!!

 

I honestly loved it. I did very very well there. After 12 months I was asked to be on the John Deere Specialized division which I took and did for 15 months before I decided to take a local job offer which is great but like it is said, Truckin get into your blood and what I do now is driving a concrete truck around Chicago so I don't really consider this trucking.

 

I worked for them a couple times on the Maxi fleet which is run a little different than the Semi fleet. I have a friend that is currently running 48 states for them and he's running his butt off. Trucks are all 4 years old or newer. You wouldn't have to go to Canada on the semi fleet and can choose to run 11 Western or 48 states or a mix of both. You'll tarp most every load. They are 100% E-logs using PeopleNet. If your not use to elogs that will take some getting use to but they are getting pretty good at dispatching with them to maximize your time. They gotta keep those new trucks running to get them paid for. The people in the office are all good folks that try hard to make your experience positive by balancing home time and your earnings. They are like any company it's a lot of what you make of it. They can run your butt off if you can be efficient, tarp fast, and maximize your time. I left there a month ago because I found a local job that works better for me and my family. I had a good experience with them while I was there.

 

With Central Oregon, Canada is only mandatory with the quad fleet. I'll be heading to orientation here in a couple of weeks to join the quad fleet over there. Recruiters have been very honest and upfront with me and helpful with all questions that I've had. Never skateboarded before but I am excited about the opportunity. And yes, I am prepared to tarp.
