starting in a flatbed

    I just started pulling a flatbed after a 12 year break from trucking, a lot of drinking water will be a good thing to have . I sweated 11 lbs off in 8 days.

    No CARBS.... I track my body fat by using my "fitness pal" too see my body fat is going down ;)
    I then way myself once a week.

    That's good. There aren't too many truckers that watch their health. As flatbedders, a good 70% of what we do is in the sun, and its flippin hot. Drink plenty of water and watch for the signs of heat stroke. :)

    No carbs is not the best idea either, carbs are what gives you energy.
