I got my mvr from hireright.com for free, there are 5 incidents ive never known nor was charged/pulled over/ ticketed. My former company ran my mvr 2/2011 nothing on record, 2/2012 one speeding ticket in indiana 4/2011. I had a tx cdl then when they ran it those two times, i moved and surrended my tx cdl for il cdl, my company ran my mvr 2/2013 and indiana speeding tix from 4/2011 was still there but 5 other charges popped up that i never was ticketed or charged or paid fine to they were: 3 speeding in tx, driving in wrong lane, and license withdrawal. All stay location TX, on 3 i was living in PA but had TX as location. I didnt commit any of these charges so why are they on my mvr? And how to get removed

That almost sounds like someone else's record got merged with yours. Does that even happen? That's very strange. I know there is a court process I think to get things removed, but someone else will have to give you the details on that. I know a process for requesting it does exist though.

You need to get in touch with the state and see what is going on. You could also order a copy of your mvr yourself. The person who ordered the report may also have put in a wrong number and it pulled up someone else mvr. You can always challenge anything that is on your mvr and ask for copies of tickets or accident reports.
