I was rejected from a company back in '09. I was with the company for 11 yrs. one of the original start up team, I had no tickets no accidents at that point 30 some yrs driving knew all the customers, when my company lost the contract the new company got rid of a lot of us and here I thought I was in like flint, so it does not matter on how good you are, you only have so much control of your life and have to except all the bad cause you are not going to change it....

Some companies will reject you simply because you have too much exp. They can't mold you into the driver they want you to be.Too much exp means too many bad habits as they see it.

Well I was offered a really great deal with JB Hunt SO I said OK let do it. I applied and the recruiter never said anything till the day I was to leave to Start. I was packing and called to see exactly where I needed to go. "Oh nobody called you? You were denied, Great Wide denied you worked for them" There went my deal out the window, Running from NC to Lerado Tx and back
