I am so sick of people assuming that "implied consent" means EVERYONE gives implied consent when getting their CDL. Just because I chose to drive a CMV for a living does not mean I chose to burn my copy of the U.S. Constitution.

"Implied Consent" applies to military and foreign dignitaries. How is it that an illegal border crosser is protected by the Bill of Rights but a truck driver is not?
