Pfp. My apologies for the delay in update but lost signal when I was talking with pollocks wife last night. What I got last night was: as of Monday, he was off all meds other than blood thinner, iv drip for hydration, and an antibiotic. Off all coma inducing meds as well. Had a CT scan. Neurologist said he didn't see anything wrong and results looked normal. lots of eye movement his wife said and then i lost signal.
Today: off all medications other than blood thinner and respirator was removed and HE'S BREATHING ON HIS OWN!!! Nurse told him to open his mouth so they could give him some liquid that was on a sponge. At first he wouldn't open his mouth, but when he did, and he got the sponge in his mouth, he wouldn't let it go. Lol. I was on the phone with her at the time this was happening and I told her to tell the nurse to put the sponge in a shot of jack, he'll open up for it, they both chuckled. He blinks hard she said as if he's trying to focus his eyes and will turn his head towards sounds in the room, especially the nurses voices. Lol. As it was explained to his wife, the coma inducing meds are very fast acting but may take a while to completely get out of his system, like any anesthesia.
That's all for now and again if you read it in another thread, all of my entries during the week are via smartphone and typed in manually to avoid voice to text errors. Pfp

That's exactly what I did when I was backed into to cover up the palm sized hole punched in the truck just behind the curve in the side of the truck. Wrote, "OUTCH" on it real big then got tired of people asking whathappened so real small I wrote really small..."had the guy that backed into me got out of his truck and looked, you wouldn't be reading this.". All photographed and qcoms sent to cma. Twas about A month later, when parked on the party row, it had to have been noticed by a higher up and I was told to move into an available trainer truck while mine was being repaired. Said I'd have it back by Thursday, this was Tuesday, lmao. 2.5 weeks later, it came back from kenworth I was told. Had to laugh....it was a Thursday when I moved back into it.

glad to hear polock is improving!! thanks for the updates sarg. on a side note, can someone tell me how ya put quotes and stuff at the bottom of your posts??
-
Select the "Reply with Quote" option on the lower right of each post in order to use prior posts as quotes. Or if you are referring to the "signature line" at the bottom of people's posts, those are done in the "My Profile" section of your user account. Poke around in there, you'll see it.madhatter007 Thanks this.

I am glad to hear he is improving. How is his wife holding up? I know she has to be worn down with worrying. Prayers for him and his family.

Heads up guys
Last week I got stopped by a State boy up here in Michigan. 20 minutes from my house. Got a roadside level II. He couldn't find any thing wrong with the truck, trailer or load. So he wrote me up for the GPS stuck to the windshield.
393.60
Nothing can be stuck to windshield farther than 6" down from the top or in the swept area of the wipers.
I now have my GPS velcro'd to the dash right above the stereo. With the PFP, I got dinged from +5 points to -5 points, a 10 point swing.
And BTW....my pre-pass and Pikepass are mounted illegal as well......andrewrhyne1986 Thanks this. -
