you report them and take them to court of law for abuse. then you find another employer. look at cr england, swift. they are having legal issues

 

I honestly don't know. They did go through their home on the first load and on their first trip back from Calif. They had replaced it with some "custom fit" foam thing that was filthy. The mattress I put in myself at the dealership the day before they got into the truck. It still had the plastic on it.

 

Probably camping while w8ing 4 that bus to come. oh, trucking! never boring! ever!!! why spend money on circus? just show up to work!

 

Hey now! We didn't just drop and leave. My husband fed them dinner and dropped it off as the bus was loading. Sounds like terrible, doesn't it?

 

I have to say this is the first post I have ever come across where the owner of a company put their side of the story up. I have seen posts from owners with small outfits discussing issues they had with their Drivers but nothing like this. I guess my question for BLTINC10 is, how did this post was on here?

 

Yes, its rare that the owener or company exec gets on and tells their side. The registration is usually not a big deal as the scale houses can find that instantly on their network. When I was inspected in Tenneessee, the DOT officer just printed one off for me to I could have one. Maybe if some other companies would shed some light on the issues posted here, they would have less negativism.

 

A new driver told me about it orientation yesterday.

 

Boss Lady Trucking is a fly by night outfit that doesn't even have their own authority. They pull trailers for Mast Trucking in Ohio and run under Mast's authority
