    Well if you are not looking for a company who treats there workers like crap and have a bad wrap and who hires out of Las Vegas. Then Good luck. Call Andrus I heard some pretty bad things about them, but at least you might can get your foot in the door. Beggars can't be choosers.

    One more question for you buddy.

    If it stated company policy violation on my DAC, can a future employer find out what the violation was or is that confidential information? I don't ever remember signing a release with CRST giving them permission to disclose that info to anyone. Will future employers just take my word for it or will they dig deeper to get to the bottom line?

    There are a lot of carriers that don't use DAC. Your best bet would be to apply to one of them. Employers are required to send letters of inquiring to past employers you drove for but many carriers don't respond to those inquiries.

    If you really want to get hired, stop dwelling on the ancient history. Dont disclose anything you arent required to, and start trucking....this thread is going nowhere. Do you really think your future trucking employer is going to be 100% honest with you?
