US Xpress LTL?

    Hey all I'm about to finish my CDL training here in Indiana and I have a prehire from US Xpress, they're looking for people that live within 40 miles of two locations here in Indiana and I happen to live about 15 miles from one of those terminals. They're claiming $800-$900 weekly and they're looking for new drivers from my school. I'm just curious if anyone drives LTL for US Xpress, what the work is like and if their pay claims are accurate. Any productive advice is very much appreciated! Thanks in advance!

    Not sure what you're trying to say there, I hear they're hiring for LTL because they're expanding and don't have enough drivers living within the 40 mile radius of these terminals.

    He is trying to say they promise the world and deliver Iraq. They don't do as they say and you will probably hire Otr instead.

    they don't have enough drivers because they don't pay and treat them fair and that's why they are always looking for new drivers and if you don't know you get your feet in and you will walk away later which is just a waste of time, i know about this ltl account and they are looking for drivers everywhere for this account they offered my friend 8500$ to move to indiana and sign a 1 year agreement he laugh and hang up

    Well thanks for the heads up, I see a recruiter tomorrow and ill see what they have to offer. If I were to do anything other than LTL it'll be standing regional offers I have with other companies on a 6/1 or 6/2 schedules. These companies I have already done hours upon hours of research on and I'm not even going to mention them because someone will try to make every company sound like the worst one in the world. Thanks for the heads up, still open to opinions though. Especially from anyone who has any experience working for USX.

    This for running fedex freight loads..Fedex Freight uses useless express heavy just like con-way is in bed with werner and crst. they are all over craigslist
